THEY WERE FRIENDS FOR SEVEN YEARS BEFORE THEY MARRIED IN 2016, AND DECIDED THEY WANTED TO MARK THE CHANGE IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH AN ENTERPRISE THAT WOULD COMBINE BOTH OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL ARTISTIC PRACTICES.

EACH GARMENT IS CUT FROM 100% COTTON, PREPARED WITH SODA ASH, INDIVIDUALLY HAND-PAINTED BY LILAH AND JEAN (NOT PRINTED—THESE ARE ORIGINAL ARTWORKS), AND SEWN ON LILAH’S BELOVED BERNINA 830.
